Another experiment was later performed by researchers at Appalachian State University, and the researchers were also successful in connecting music to increase brain power.

Pre-school children (ages 3-2 years).

They trained 8 months of pre-school children (ages 3-2 years). The children were divided into 4 groups: keyboard lessons, singing lessons, computer lessons and no lessons.

After 8 months of this treatment, the children were tested on their ability to put together puzzles (spatial-temporal reasoning) and identify shapes (spatial-recognition reasoning) and the results were shocking!
